Think of a worse situation and be grateful you are not there.

Worry, Anxiety:
Remember that everything is temporary – what are you taking so seriously? – time slipping away like sand – make the most of every moment.
Fear, Panic:
Keep calm and carry on – Don’t die one moment before you die.

Envy:
You don’t know the struggles other is facing – learn to love what you have – before it’s taken away (which it will be one day)
Feeling insulted:
Keep your goals in mind. Don’t worry about what they think. Don’t seek validation.

Boredom, Depression, Nonchalance:
Act engaged, fool yourself. Act as if you are not bored and loving it.
